Inspired by the traditional red suit of Santa Claus, the figure is dressed in a neon-bright hot pink suit and hat, sitting atop a tall, geometric structure and gazing out at a starry night sky filled with pink clouds. The New Santa: This Santa is no longer a white-bearded old man but a chic and fashionable modern icon. While his red backpack (gift sack) and posture atop a chimney structure evoke the traditional image, the neon colors and trendy style allude to a modern ‘Santa of consumption and desire’ in a materialistic society. Color and Atmosphere: The stark contrast between the surreal pink clouds and the vivid neon colors creates a dreamlike yet intense visual effect, prompting the viewer to question the boundary between modern fantasy and reality.
