⑤ Operator: The person who establishes and operates the website for the Site.
⑥ Termination: The act of a Member canceling the service agreement.
Article 3 (Rules Other Than These Terms)
The Operator may separately announce and guide operational policies when necessary. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the operational policies, the operational policies shall take precedence.
Article 4 (Conclusion of Service Agreement)
① The service agreement is concluded when a person intending to register as a Member and use the Site agrees to these Terms and the Operator accepts the application for membership.
② A person who wishes to register as a Member and use the service indicates their agreement to these Terms by reading the Terms during the registration process and selecting “I Agree” on the Site.
Article 5 (Application for Service Use)
① A person who wishes to register as a Member and use the Site must provide all the information requested by the Site (user ID, password, nickname, etc.).
② A Member who registers using another person’s information or false information or fails to provide their true information shall not be able to assert any rights related to the use of the Site and may be punished in accordance with applicable laws.
Article 6 (Personal Information Processing Policy)
The Site and the Operator do not possess the passwords provided by Members during registration. Matters related to passwords shall be governed by the Site’s Privacy Policy.
The Operator shall endeavor to protect Members’ personal information, including registration information, in accordance with applicable laws.
The protection of Members’ personal information shall be governed by relevant laws and the Site’s Privacy Policy.
However, the Operator shall not bear any responsibility for information exposed due to the Member’s fault.
The Operator may view a Member’s information or submit it to relevant authorities if the Member posts or distributes illegal content that harms public morals or national security, upon request from the relevant authorities.
Article 7 (Obligations of the Operator)
① If the Operator recognizes that opinions or complaints raised by Members are justified, the Operator shall handle them as promptly as possible. However, if prompt handling is difficult due to personal circumstances, the Operator shall make its best efforts by posting a notice afterward or sending a message, email, etc., to the Member.
② To ensure continuous and stable provision of the Site, the Operator may require the Site to repair or restore facilities in case of failure or loss. However, the Operator may temporarily suspend Site operations in cases of force majeure such as natural disasters or unavoidable circumstances affecting the Site or the Operator.
Article 8 (Obligations of Members)
① Members shall comply with the provisions of these Terms, all rules and notices established by the Operator, operational policies, and applicable laws, and shall not engage in any acts that interfere with the Site’s operations or damage the Site’s reputation.
② Unless expressly agreed to by the Site, Members may not transfer or donate their right to use the service or any other status under the service agreement to others, nor use them as collateral.
③ Members shall exercise due care in managing their ID and password and may not allow third parties to use their ID without the consent of the Operator or the Site.
④ Members shall not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of the Operator, the Site, or third parties.
Article 9 (Service Hours)

However, the Site may temporarily suspend service on days or times designated by the Site for regular system maintenance, expansion, or replacement. Scheduled service interruptions will be announced in advance on the Site’s homepage, so please check regularly.

Article 10 (Termination of Service Use)
① If a Member wishes to terminate the service agreement with the Site, the Member must personally apply for termination online. Termination of Site use is separate from termination of the service agreement with the Site.
② Upon termination, all Site-related programs provided to the Member are automatically deleted from the member management screen, so the Operator can no longer view the terminating Member’s information.
Article 11 (Restriction of Service Use)

If a lawsuit, settlement, or decision by a relevant authority is filed with the Site between the requester and the poster, the Site shall comply with such decision.
Article 13 (Retention of Posts)
If the Site Operator must suspend the Site due to unavoidable circumstances, the Operator shall give prior notice to Members and make every effort to facilitate the easy transfer of posts.
Article 14 (Copyright of Posts)
① Copyright of posts uploaded by Members on the Site belongs to the Member who posted them. The Site may not commercially use such posts without the poster’s consent. However, this does not apply to non-commercial purposes, and the Site retains the right to display them within the service.
